Independent Hiring Whereas it is acknowledged that Silver Broom invests considerable time, energy, skill and revenue into the recruitment, training, management, motivation, and compensation of its employees, the Customer agrees not to hire or attempt to hire a present or former employee of Silver Broom, for any purpose whatsoever, for the term of this agreement and for a further period of one year after the termination of said agreement, without the express written permission of Silver Broom. Should it be determined that the Customer has failed to adhere to this condition, it is agreed that Silver Broom shall be entitled to compensation from the Customer for losses arising from such action.
Additional remarks: I have read the above terms and if I choose to engage your service, I accept all of the conditions.
